Simple Stretches You Can Try
You don’t need a fancy gym or special equipment to stretch. Here are some simple stretches you can try at home or even at the gas station while you fuel up!
1. Neck Stretch
- Stand up straight.
- Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder.
- Hold for 15-30 seconds and then switch sides.
2. Shoulder Stretch
- Extend one arm across your body.
- Use your other arm to gently pull the extended arm closer to your chest.
- Hold for 15-30 seconds and then switch arms.
3. Hamstring Stretch
- Sit on the ground with one leg extended straight out.
- Bend the other leg, bringing the sole of your foot against your thigh.
- Reach forward toward your toes. Hold for 15-30 seconds and then switch legs.
