Using our medical-grade InBody scanner, our nutrition team quickly establish your baseline and work with you to restore healthy habits to improve your relationship with food.

Why do we NOT prescribe meal plans?  Because we prefer to teach you how to make the best food choices for you and your specific goals whether it be fat loss, muscle gain or maintenance.  Meal plans only work for a short time, and any results are quick to disappear once you stop.

With our customised nutritional coaching services, macro-nutrient prescription, online accountability and education calendar, and in-person check-ins you can supercharge your efforts and reach your goals twice as fast.

We have a range of different services including:

🌸 Our 6 Week Healthy Habits Package.  This is perfect for those clients who need some added focus and structure to improve their daily choices in food, sleep, water and exercise.  Prices start from £25/week.

🌸 Our 6 Week Women’s Wellness Package which helps balance hormones, boost energy, and enhance sleep.

🌸 Nutrition Transformation Programme (6-9 months).  Suitable for clients who are ready to super charge their wellness and food habits to make lifelong changes.  This is our maximum support and accountability package
