Bodyweight Exercises

Jumping Jacks
- Stand with your feet together and arms at your sides.
- Jump up and spread your legs out wide while bringing your arms overhead.
- Jump again to return to the starting position. Repeat.
Push-Ups
- Start in a plank position with your hands under your shoulders.
- Lower your body until your chest almost touches the ground.
- Push back up to the starting position. Repeat.
Squats
